I have Co-Management enabled in SCCM, configured to automatically enroll devices in Intune. The devices seem to be enrolling successfully, but policies assigned to users aren't working. Looking into this, I see that while devices show a user account associated with them, if I pull up that user account I see no devices associated with that user. I suspect that since the user has no devices listed under them, that's why policies assigned to that user aren't being evaluated by the device.

Why would the device show an associated user, but the user not have a device associated? What can I do to correct this?
